I'm not good in german, but find my way around. But need a little help to get started.
Have many rare "erotik" videos on vhs and dvd that i want to sell. Is this the best site to do this?
Need mostly help setting up my shop. It's shipping cost that I wonder about, and payment.
I'm shipping from Norway, but cost to Europe is higher than max 15. How can I fix this?
I will only accept paypal as payment method, is this OK?

please be aware, that not all Filmundo-users have got a Paypal-account. Of course you can offer this, but why should you exclude the classic way of bank transfer (SEPA) without need?
Think about it.

You can add a note into the description or into your Versandbedingungen where you mention the real total shipping costs from Norway.
